Beginners guide to running

Running isn't usually love at first sight becoming a Runner is not about participating in long

marathons it has to grow on you. Most people love running as they have made a habit out of

it. There are many people who first started running and realised that there are many difficulties

pain and lack of breath attached to this basic physical workout. Running is so basic that we

always see a child running to play all all the outdoor games requires running people run in the

and might just do that only to get to the goals. It doesn't need any equipments ,group classes,

certain time or membership, you don't have to master anything just put your running shoes, your

favourite music on and start running to help your body stay fit and your mind relax.

• running can also be used as a way of therapeutic treatment when you are feeling very stressed.

It is a great way to give you that sense of accomplishment and confident. It helps to hold on to

the youthful looks fight aging process and prevent muscle and bone loss caused by aging. So

yes this point covers all the good things that we might need in life.
