Beginning Guide
Fitness is not just hitting the gym doing meditations aur yoga at any time that is convenient to
you but is rather a Lifestyle that people choose to live and follow that makes them feel good
about themselves or their morning or evening whenever they prefer to workout or take some
time out for themselves to work on their bodies. Maintaining a good level of physical fitness is
something that we should all Aspire to do. but it can be difficult to determine what fitness really
means to eat one of us.
The word fitness is the state of of being strong and independent in the terms of health but it
means where is different things to various different people and it holds different meaning in
each one of our lives.
So what does being physically fit mean?
Well I can say that this question runs beyond being able to run fast or lift heavy weights in
comparison to the person in front office aur fitness idols. Some of us it might be regular habit to
either start our mornings or end our days. To others it may be a passion for a way to feel good
and confident about themselves when standing in a crowd. Being physically fit it is not always
about losing or gaining those extra or lacking fat in our body but rather after a period of time it
becomes a Lifestyle that sticks with us till the end.
Facts on fitness:
• maintaining physical fitness always help prevent common diseases.
• there are ways in which we can exercise in order to change the body composition without the
major fluctuation in weight.
• it is also proven that stretching to increase flexibility can is a number of medical complaints.
• once you start working on your desired body goals and as you reach towards it your
confidence and personality begins to take turn for good.
